Think this is the stuff I need to go back around the aluminum edges? If so, about how much will I need? http://www.mcmaster.com/#1120a562/=ui275

You'll need about 6" more than you bought :(
'bout all you can do is measure each strip that you're going to need. I'd leave 6" more than you measure, then add all the different lengths together to come up with an overall.
Before you order anything from McMaster, take a drive by Old Dog Street Rods. They've added a new rack of weatherstripping and may have the stuff you're looking for, there in stock. They sell it by the foot. Their prices seemed competitive - and the inventory is right here so if you need a couple more feet . . .

I didn't order any yet, was just pasting the link to the page for reference. I've looked there at OD's, but they didn't have. They do have the door, hood and trunk seal though.

I thought the bulb part of it was more like 1" inch instead of 9/16". I'll measure some of mine.

Tim,
1120A562 is widely accepted as the correct seal to order. That's what I have shown in my phone :D.

Found Whitby has it for $1.50/ft as opposed to $2.44/ft at MC - http://www.whitbymotorsports.com/UInvDetail.asp?inventoryid=1601
