Sounds VERY reasonable for a rebuild-able core, if someone is looking for a late production (1997) High Output Windsor for their car.
For an engine with just a blown head gasket...$300 is a steal.

I have 351W complete and running..needs water pump/dist/carb. Took it out of my Cobra two years ago..mild cam. Runs good. Make me a reasonable offer. Also have a 347 stroker I might sell. Real strong motor
