Found the Silver w/ Black stripe Cobra that has been haunting west county.
FFR belongs to Mark Gerecke, salesman at Elco Chevrolet. Small Block Ford, he bought it finished from a guy in Michigan. Has owned it about 1 1/2 Yrs. Did attend one Gateway Cobra Meeting but doesn't attend because it interferes with another club meeting he attends. (Maybe we need a 2nd - 2nd Tuesday of the month :rolleyes: )
Mark is in the process of removing the Fuel Injection system from the motor and going to carburetion. Too many issues with improper fuel mixture and tune. The new computer systems are great for production vehicles but when it comes to hot rodding, they are not user friendly.
Also has an IROC Camaro and an old Internation Harvester Garden Tractor he is restoring.
