That does seem like a good deal. If we lived closer to a real road course, that would be a sweet addition to the stable.

Heck Dean, you live a lot closer to Joliet than I do! :D I just wonder if I would feel better tracking this car than the one I have?

I think there are 2 ways to look at it. If you want to be a racer for real then your current car is way to nice and a spec racer is the best solution. If you are a track day junky like me, then understanding how my street car performs on the track is most important. I would love to do some real racing but it isn't likely given the age of my kids and the demands placed on my already limited free time.

Ummmmm - we could....become a racing club. Buy it as a club, get sponsors, and campaign it as a group.

:D Funny Mark :D Yeah Dean, you're right. My kids are about out of the house, so I would have some extra time, but I know the boss wouldn't approve. I just thought it was a steal for someone that wanted a track only car.
