You know, the one we were trying to get Chuck to buy. The one with the cool hard top. Well it went to Greg Love. He's in my parish and when I took my duaghter to class tonight he saw me and stopped me. Greg's a great guy and I've pointed him toward the club web site. Hopefully both he and a neighbor of his who has an FFR will both join. He's going to try and make the Run N Gun too.

I have been called Buddy Love, Glove (most widely used. Everybody likes a good glove song), you name it and at one point in my life I have been teased about it :). All in good fun. I am looking forward to meeting everyone. Filling out the paperwork and getting set up today. Have lots of questions about how to make the MKIII better so hope everyone will be patient while I get the dumb questions out of the way.

Man I knew you'd be here. You're going to have a great time with this group of guys. As for dumb question, well I wanted to put a Chevy in my cobra to start with. I've never owned a Ford product, so I'm always asking simple questions. There's a wealth of knowledge in the club and we like them all. SPF, FFR, Hurricane, Classic, and the list goes on. I can definitely relate to the kids and schedules. I gave up the coaching after this last summer, but still very involved. You just have to make time. As you know, there's nothing like running these cars. Just be safe out there. No Glove, No Love. Sorry, had to put mine in there too. ;) Hopefully your neighbor will join too and maybe then we can team up on Watson and get that yellow car in the pack. Take care and I'll see you soon.

Got it, I will work on the pics and semi intelligent questions. First question is can I get the car on either track at gateway during run and gun without a drive shaft collar?

Technically, No. But as I understand it, you do your own inspection. :rolleyes: I bought my helmet today, and looking at the Run N Gun Experience they mention on the website. Maybe start a new thread in the Run N Gun section and ask the question, I'm sure Dean Lampe will provide an answer.
