Hats off to Tom Keiser and David Virgin for giving our club a fine showing at the KSHE car show this afternoon! You guys did a great job of recruiting a few more members for the club and spreading the word.

Dave was fully 'branded' in his Gateway Cobra Club shirt while his large GCC crested embroidered jacket in plain sight for everyone to see....I always love gratuitous club marketing opportunities!!! :D suberb job to both of you....

Hoping that both of you brought back some hardware :D

His name is Randy. I was fortunate to be able to move my ride next to Tom 4 the show & had the distinct pleasure of tapping into his endless reservoir of knowledge concerning our passion. I got to meet his son Andy (great guy). Tom's fabulous ride got the all the attention from the spectators because it is a definite head turner. New member - Tim (a.k.a. Purple Venom) - I met David today and already knew Tom. I hope we can get together for something soon. I have my car back together, hope to get the alignment done this week. Loved the shirt, can we all purchase or is it reserved for committee members or something? :)

That was a great day. Perfect weather for hanging out, watching people, talking with some great folks and seeing some great cars. David, Andy and I ejoyed the opportunity to really get to know you. Sorry I couldn't make it guys, my son had his first baseball game. We were dressed and ready to go and got a call at 9:30 saying the field was too wet. Michelle told me to go to the show but I figured I better hang around to make it easier to escape next time. Glad you had a good time!! Tim, welcome aboard.
