    I have an electronic flasher that motorcycles use. Believe Keith is running the same. Seems it could work fine with these, but, ok with the round lights.
    FFR# ????, 460 Big Block, Quickfuel 750 Mechanical Sec., Edelbrock Torker II Intake port matched to Cobra Jet heads, 428 rwhp and 437 rwtq, T5, 8.8 4 link, 3.55 rear, 4 wheel disc, Color - 2007 Ford/Toyota Orange Crush with Ingot Silver Stripes, Never completed

    Well that's interesting. Just looked it up and you're correct. I assumed you would do the same as the old filament bulb. Well see what I get for assuming.

    it would be interesting to put Tony, Keith Wilson and Ian's cars side by side and take turns operating the brakes to see a comparison. Keith has Red LED's behind a red lens as I recall

    Why is that Rich? Every taillight bulb known to man is a clear bulb behind a red lense......

    Clear behind red on mine!
    Using the electronic turn module that Tim mentioned.
    Factory Five MK3.1,302 EFI,T5 ,3.55's,Tubular control arms,4 wheel disc's,17x11 and 17x9.5 Levy wheels,255 and 315 Kumho Ecstas, Hydroboost power steering and brakes,QJ delete front and back,Custom hood and side louvers,Dequire nose.

    The bulbs are clear but glow red!

    You can't tell anything from looking at the LED, the color comes when the device is activated. The LED's housing is clear. Some of the older, first generation ones used a tinted plastic housing to produce the color since they hadn't learned how to produce color yet.

    Without getting all scientific, it has to do with the frequency of the light being produced and how it is filtered by the red plastic lens.
